Welcome Back to School!
As classrooms across Washington open their doors for a new school year, thousands of Core Plus Aerospace students are gearing up to get back to hands-on learning and building their futures with foundational manufacturing skills.
This year also brings fresh energy from the more than 100 students who completed this summer’s high school Manufacturing Student Development Program. The summer program provided students from across Washington state with an opportunity to explore manufacturing careers through a comprehensive six-week experience at Boeing’s Everett, Renton, and Auburn facilities, learning directly from experienced trainers. This paid program gave students valuable real-world experience to build their resumes and open doors to exciting career possibilities in advanced manufacturing.

Resources to get started in manufacturing
Whether you’re graduating this spring, starting to explore your future, or are an industry employer looking to share manufacturing experiences with students, we have resources for you.
- Seniors can start preparing for graduation with our grads page. Information about the Boeing Pre-Employment Training Program (BPET) that allows students from pre-certified academic manufacturing programs to skip the interview process when applying for specific manufacturing jobs at Boeing.
- Students and families can explore community and technical college programs that build on the skills learned in Core Plus Aerospace.
