What’s in the Curriculum? 

Core Plus Aerospace is a two-year advanced manufacturing curriculum offered at 50+ high schools and skills centers in Washington State. Through hands-on projects, students develop technical skills and expertise, as well as life skills like teamwork and communication. Students can also earn the credits they need towards graduation.

The curriculum provides 1,080 hours of free instructional content and is regularly updated with input from industry leaders to ensure students learn the skills the advanced manufacturing industry needs.

Professional Development Delivered by Industry Professionals

 

OSPI and The Boeing Company host multiple professional development (PD) sessions throughout the year for Core Plus Aerospace instructors. These sessions provide both in-person and virtual PD opportunities to familiarize yourself with the curriculum, interact with peers, get hands-on training, and earn clock hours.
