Boeing Pre-Employment Training Program
The Boeing Pre-Employment Training Program (BPET) allows students from pre-certified academic manufacturing programs to fast-track the application process when applying for specific manufacturing jobs at Boeing. Think of it like the pre-check line at the airport, but for careers.

2026 Boeing Student Development Program
The application for the 2026 Student Development Program is closed.
Students enrolled in Core Plus Aerospace or other aligned, hands-on high school manufacturing programs across Washington state are invited to apply for the summer 2026 Core Plus Aerospace Manufacturing Student Development Program hosted by The Boeing Company. Take advantage of this opportunity to explore an exciting industry, take your advanced-manufacturing skills to the next level, and build your resume with real-world experience.
This summer’s 2026 High School Manufacturing Student Development Program will be:
- Paid, with participants hosted on-site at Boeing factories in Everett, Renton and Auburn.
- Taught by experienced Boeing trainers, with expertise in mechanical and electrical assembly.
- Additionally, a distance bonus may be available to selected students from schools located more than 65 miles from their assigned site.

Grants Available to Support Core Plus Aerospace Classrooms
Thanks to generous financial support from The Boeing Company, Partnership for Learning is excited to offer a competitive, one-time grant opportunity of up to $25,000 per school to help strengthen and sustain Core Plus Aerospace programs across Washington state. Award amounts will vary based on project scope, demonstrated need, and available funding. Selected schools will receive funds in time to support classrooms for the 2026–2027 school year.
Who can apply?
Representatives of public high schools and skills centers in Washington state that:
- Have been identified as existing Core Plus Aerospace partner programs for the 2025–2026 school year
- Have a qualified instructor
- Plan to offer Core Plus Aerospace to students during the 2026–2027 school year
What’s the grant amount I can request?
The maximum award is $25,000 per school or skills center. Award amounts will vary based on project scope, demonstrated need, and available funding.
